2019 Estate Pinot Noir
Approximately 35% whole bunches were used during fermentation with natural yeasts. Malo-lactic fermentation was completed in barrels. The grapes were picked at lower sugar level than our 2018 vintage consequently showing a little higher acidity than 2018. Bottled in 2021, the Estate P/N is rich in texture, round and fleshy in the mouth with fine tannins. It is expected to drink well for five to six years from now (June 2023).
