Approximately 45% whole bunches were used during fermengtation with natural yeasts. This fragrant wine was made co-fermenting hand selected parcels from our close planted rows of Pinot Noir clones MV6, 115, 114 and 777

Deep crimson

A blend of blackcurrants, dark cherries and pepper

Rich, luscious, a perfume of dark red cherries & blackcurrants with elegant fine tannins and a touch of pepper.

Serving Temperature
15-16 Celsius

Food matches
with duck or lamb

Ageing capacity
Will improve in bottle for 8-10 years
