3 Ducks & 3 Pinots at Nazaaray

Sunday 6 September 2026 from 12.30pm 
Celebrate Father’s Day at Nazaaray with a creative fusion of Indian style Duck, Pinot Noir and Flinders truffles, thoughtfully created to complement our premium estate wines by our resident chef and in consultation with Paramdeep.
What to Expect
• Three duck-inspired courses paired with three Pinot Noir selections.
• A glass of Nazaaray 2024 Chardonnay or Nazaaray 2024 Pinot Gris Rose on arrival
• A glass of Nazaaray 2018 Bangles Pinot Noir, Nazaaray 2024 Family Reserve Pinot Noir and a mystery Pinot Noir selected from Paramdeep’s Cellar
• Harmonious food and wine pairings designed to make the lunch a special memory for our special fathers (with family & friends)
• Stunning views and a warm, cosy ambience at Flinders on the Mornington Peninsula

Indian Buffet Lunch at Nazaaray 

Sunday 7 June 2026 from 12.30-3pm $100pp
Experience an Indian buffet lunch this winter, featuring creative fusion cuisine thoughtfully paired with Nazaaray’s premium wines by our resident chef. Relish the harmonious food and wine pairings while taking in stunning vistas and enjoying the inviting, cosy ambience at Flinders on the Mornington Peninsula.

The Buffet Menu includes:

• A glass of Nazaaray’ s new release 2025 Chardonnay and papadums with pickles/chutneys available on arrival.
• Guests are invited to enjoy a selection of dishes as below, complemented by their preferred wine.
• Self-serve buffet includes Lamb Rogan Josh, Chicken Tikka, Chholey Bhaturey, Aloo Dum, Black Daal, Raita, Sourdough Naan, Basmati Rice, Tamarind chutney, Yoghurt, Mint, and Coriander dips, Winter cabbage, fennel and spring onion slaw with roasted cumin and lemon, Broccolini with mustard seed, garlic and lemon.  Enjoy all you can eat!
• Please note: $100pp covers all food and one glass of 2025 Chardonnay as described above. Sweets served as optional extras. Additional wines are available for purchase at Cellar Door prices. 

Sunday 1 June 2025 – Tastes of India with Wine
Thanks to those who celebrated the first day of winter at Nazaaray, with an afternoon of delicious Indian food and Nazaaray wine.

(Ashok has been in Hospitality since 1972 in India, Austria, Africa and then ran a successful restaurant in Melbourne for about 30 years which was Five Times Winner of the Best Restaurant Award (small business awards). Cooking and creating recipes and marrying them to wines has always been his pleasure. He has since been successfully running tag along tours to India)
