Another low yielding vintage year, with around 25% of the long-term average made me forego the usual white wine and make a pink wine on skins.   This wine is a blend of fruit reminiscent of nashi pears, rose petals and herbal notes.  This may change over time for more complex flavours.  Its texture lends itself to accompany Asian style foods.
