Our Reserve wines are a selection of our best barrels blended together.  Sometimes the barrels selected are new, but it is not always the case.  Nearly 50% whole bunches were used during fermentation with natural yeasts and malo-lactic fermentation completed in barrels. Pale garnet in colour with a very elegant nose of dark cherries and some strawberry notes.  It has herbaceous. spicy aromas which are the result of whole bunch primary fermentation.  The palate offers up very firm, fine, mouth coating tannins with hints of liquorice.  This is a very well-structured wine with balance and power to be an excellent food match with duck or to our lamb seekh kebabs.  It was awarded a Gold Medal in The Adelaide Wine Showcase event in 2021.
