Nazaaray is the southernmost vineyard and winery of the Mornington Peninsula making single vineyard estate grown wines like this Pinot Gris Rosé. 2022 was an unkind vintage with low yields due to wild weather and high winds in early November. Our yield was barely 15% of our long-term average of Pinot Gris. We chose to make a pink wine on skins instead of the usual white wine.
