Located in a quiet street surrounded by holiday houses this deceptively ordinary looking renovated THREE BEDROOM house is a pleasant surprise waiting to be discovered behind the front door.

Cancellation Policy
If cancellation is made more than 21 days prior to the booking date refund of the deposit minus the booking fee is applicable (10-15%).
If cancellation is more than 7 days but less than 21 days prior to the booking date we will allow the deposit to be used for another booking which  must be used within twelve months of the original booking or $50 forfeit applies
If cancellation is made less than seven days prior to the booking date no refund will be given unless we are able to fill the vacancy left by the cancellation.

Minimum Charge applies for long weekend.
