Enjoy the restful atmosphere of a Mornington Peninsula coastal town while staying in an indulgent holiday house just 350 metres to a swimming beach and to the shops. We have a single booking policy. Located in a quiet street surrounded by holiday houses this deceptively ordinary looking renovated THREE BEDROOM house is a pleasant surprise waiting to be discovered behind the front door.

• Fully self contained for six adults or 6 adults & two children. Suitable for a two family group.
• Children's bedroom with three single beds. High chair/porta cot available.

• Modern kitchen and dining area with french doors
  Well equipped kitchen, fridge, MW, Gas stove, etc. overlooking the patio.
• The" Pommard" Room - Main bedroom with a king size bed and an adjoining disability toilet.
• Wheelchair friendly bathroom with toilet. (meets independent living centre requirements)
•  "Nuit Street George" Room -Second bedroom with a king size bed, open coal  gas fire and an ensuite bathroom. This room also has an airconditioner.
• Cosy lounge room with a fold out sofa bed TV/DVD/radio/CD player.
• Panel/column heaters in every room.Split airconditioner in main bedroom.
• Large dog friendly Backyard and patio - Eat out al fresco under the large liquidambar tree.

Cancellation Policy

If cancellation is made more than 21 days prior to the booking date refund of the deposit minus the booking fee is applicable (10-15%). If cancellation is more than 7 days but less than 21 days prior to the booking date we will allow the deposit to be used for another booking which must be used within twelve months of the original booking or $50 forfeit applies
If cancellation is made less than seven days prior to the booking date no refund will be given unless we are able to fill the vacancy left by the cancellation.
